Located at the previous Picture Framing store on Radford Road, this new hub was secured with the help of local commercial agents, Wareing & Company.

With our existing offices in Sheffield, we've been collaborating with local talented designers, joiners, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to create magnificent bespoke homes for our valued clients. Our success in Yorkshire drove our desire to expand into the Midlands and the Cotswolds, and we wanted a unique space where clients could experience a 3D design of their new home before the actual build.

Leamington Spa was my top pick due to its beautiful charm and strategic location. Having previously worked with a firm in Warwick for our 3D planning, I felt a connection to this area. Wareing & Company's vast knowledge of the region greatly expedited our property search. The Radford Road location, with its curved glass windows and welcoming facade, immediately stood out as the perfect place to meet with our clients and set up our Midlands base.

We faced some challenges securing the lease, but Wareing & Company's professionalism ensured the process was smooth. We plan to launch our hub in mid-July and are eager to get started. This move will also allow us to hire more staff and collaborate with local construction firms and traders on various exciting projects.
